Reiki: nurturing your mind, body and soul

Reiki is a safe, natural and relaxing healing therapy that assists your body back to balance both physically, emotionally and mentally.  Reiki is a non-invasive therapy that is simple and painless and does not interfere with medical treatment or medication.
Recovering from surgery, or an illness, Reiki can help accelerate the physical healing. Suffering from emotional upset, stress or grief, Reiki can help bring you back into balance. Reiki releases toxins and restores the depleted energies as well as promotes increased vitality and longevity.
Reiki can support you in overcoming any change or habits you would like to overcome. Reiki is beneficial from babies to the elderly and only works for your highest good.
Shore Wellness Clinic is based on the North Shore of Auckland and offers Reiki Healing treatments, specialising in Reiki for pregnancy, women's health, healing and relaxation.
The Reiki Treatment
In a relaxed atmosphere you remain fully clothed on a massage table or chair with a blanket over you. The practitioner places their hands lightly on different areas of the body for around 3- 5 minutes at each place.  As the Reiki healing energy is flowing, you may feel a lovely warmth sensation or tingling in the body.  Receiving Reiki is a very relaxing experience!
